custom basses?

local you can find G77 .. they offer POT basses for a decent price, the build is solid, tried one before ...

Guitar Workshop does custom stuff too ...

overseas there tons of them ... James Basses, Warmoth, Bee Basses etc ...

i kind of want a precision bass... not really in to the whole jazz bass thing..

and how is the customing done?
not familiar with it at all

if you mean all the material will be made of mirror,i tell you bro, better dont do it,save your money,it may be an attention grabber, but the sound will drive everyone away

cause right now i cant think of a bass thats nice and the all mirror thing just excites me...
by better i mean... sounding like a normal ibanez precision bass or something

and iverson its matther bellamy not craig haha :)

if you play with a pick, and your bass has low action... you'll have a problem of scratches. and i think a custom furniture shop should be able to do it cheaper.

yea the streamer chrome. i wouldnt buy one though. i liuv the wood finishes a lot better. bubinga pommele! or some burl top!

well i play with fingers..so i dont think pick playing would be a problem

and would a furniture shop really do it cheaper?
haha

how we're supposed to know whether its cheaper or not...its something that you can find out on your own, just open yellow pages and ask the furniture shop yourself, only need 10 mins to do that, rather than waiting 1 whole day for other people's reply...
i may sound like an asshole,i apologise for it 8)
