Cubase LE4 exported .wav file problems

ive recorded a few tracks and put them onto cubase, i edited it and mixed it on cubase, then went to file>export>audio mixdown and saved file as .wav file(16 bit, 44.100 kHz) i then went to play the audio file in itunes but there was no sound, my speakers are on and working and volume controls are at 100 on itunes. ive tried playing the file in VLC player and WMP. but still problem persists.

Heres how i record:

I have my guitar plugged into my digitech rp355, have a USB cable running from the rp355 to computers USB port, and headphones from rp355. In cubase in device settings im using the RP355 ASIO Driver. While recording i could playback from cubase project files, but only when i export it, i get this problem.

what is the error?

give more details.

Check ur sound settings of windows, wmp and vlc.

theres no error message. its just that there is no sound in the .wav file. settings have been checked, other songs have sound.

EDIT: got it fixed, just a simple reinstall was needed
