hey guys! i'll be getting a crunchbox soon. can you guys explain to me what does the internal presence pot do?

you guys could tell me your favorite setting and how it sounds. that would be very helpful!

another question

does the tap tempo pedal for dd20 require a separate ac adaptor? or it takes power from the dd20?

and whats the difference between a Fs5U (momentary switch) and Fs5L (latch type switch)? and where to get them from?

anyone care to explain? im lost

The tap tempo doesnt need an external power supply bro.

IIRC< for the tap tempo switch, you need the FS5U, cause its momentary. Alyernatively, you can build your own for pretty cheap too.

momentary- as long as your feet is on the thing and dont let go, its "on" all the way. The moment your feet leave the thing, its "off"

latch on- step on it one time, its "on", step on it another time, its "off"

I'd leave it alone if I were you. I've never found ANY need to tweak that thing out of it's stock position. But for the crunchbox, almost ANY setting sounds damn good...
