Guitar is in excellent condition! This guitar has an AMAZING carved quilted maple top, PRS tremolo, rosewood fretboard and 22 frets. Fretlife is good. Nice inlay work on this guitar.. Better than most i've seen.
Comes with a push/pull coil tap for those singlecoil sounds!

This guitar is seldom played and the pickups are #6. No tarnish on the hardware.

Guitar has not been modified and 100% original! Comes with PRS hardshell case, tremolo arm and eagle tag.

Guitar has 2 very small nicks. Neck is straight and the #6 pickups pack a real punch!

Not meaning to put a downer on your thread but...

In other words you already have a minimum price on your mind - like a reserve. Why not you just state it, instead of trying to get all of us to guess it? Good offer is very subjective - what we think the guitar is worth is different to what you might think. Anyhow, aren't we supposed to state the price when we put something up for sale?

i'm not making you all guess.. i'm pretty flexible as long as its not unreasonable.
certain forum users can vouch for me that my valuation of my used guitars i sell is fair and not overly inaccurate...

a definite good offer is for example 2200.
i am accepting something lower..
but ridiculous offer is 100. (its still an offer but who would sell it at 100?)

Gosh this is what happen when you set it at open offer. Ridiculous. I still think setting at a minimum price is still the best. A serious buyer, one who knows the current market prices, will definitely deal with you if the price is reasonable. Just saying.

I hope this doesn't somehow go against the seller's intentions, but all of you should know this:

The seller has listed this guitar multiple times over the last 2 months or so, at prices as low as $2000, and up to $2200.

So it's obvious he will accept any price from $2000 and above. Most likely he will go lower.

How low? Surely not too far from $2000.

In other words, bid starting from a minimum of $1500 (my guess), and up to $2000.
At some point, he will find your offer agreeable.

As for whether there's any problem with the guitar, those of you who've noticed his posts here and on another local guitar forum will know that he's a collector of fine high-end guitars, not some random scammer, so I'm sure you can buy with confidence (but if he really cheats you don't come after me ah) .

I disagree. If you say $XXXX, there will always be someone who is actually willing to pay that price, but due to our Singaporean mentality of trying to get a good discounted deal, that person will still offer you $XXXX-$150. Been there done that. Ask anyone who's bought/sold regularly and they will tell you the same story.

17wil, you yourself have experienced this with your POD right? $450 is an ok price, $400 very reasonable, but still in the end it was lower. I can safely say that whoever bought your POD would've been ok with paying $400, but he/she just felt shiok saving that little bit more cash, most likely to spend on something like cigarettes.

If you want to run an auction you should use ebay or something similar. If you want to sell here you should give an indication of your expectation otherwise you're just inviting low and random bids.
