Hmm.

Eh funny thing.. I don't see that many (if any at all) country music bands here in singapore. For one.. I'm in a 'progressive country-folk' band.. a duo lah.. and my pal is prolly the one of the few guys of my generation who can play the banjo. Hur.

Country music players hands up please?

I dabble in country also, more progressive country as well. Brad paisley etc. Was thinking of picking up banjo as well
cool i see other ppl in soft are interested in country...

You guys should support our local master of country guitar playing. His name is Peng Koon. Around the central region, he is known as "boh kow kum". Sometimes he hangs around guitar77 with the old farts. He simply refuses to teach his style of guitar playing to anyone. But do you guys know that before you guys were even conceived, he was country shredding like nobody's business. He's the legendary lead guitarist of Meh-tiew and the Mandarins. Consult your parents or grandparents for more information about him!

Cheers! See you in bangkok!
