Costs of organizing a gig

Just wondering roughly how much does it cost to organize a gig?
Perhaps an estimate of equipment rental costs, rental fee for the location, cost of publicity, misc stuff...

How much work goes into organizing one as well? what are the stuff that are essential to note when organizing one?

well..it all depends on the location,the hours...n the number of bands...
workload wise...u gotta have a team whom could really,really,really work.....it`s not gonna happen if it`s a one-man show......ask anthony(heartrocksingapore) or james(Mr. Soft himself)...... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
