bear in mind there are many makes for many brands.. thus after alot of evolutions.. the dimensions changes.. i'm not sure about all parts but i'm sure thats e reason y ibanez dun have cheap pickguard alternatives like fender does..

i just replaced the pickguard on my highway one strat with an all parts one.
the pickguard hole on the left of middle pickup is slightly off center, but the screw can still go in without being slanted.

also you will need to countersunk the holes for the pickup screws and pickup selector.
easy job anyone with a powered screwdriver can do.

I got a high end copy (3 ply - pearliod, white, black white) still V gd con $25 but no guatantees on the fit
