Cole Clark FL1AC-BM Video Demo

Hi folks,

Completed my 1st video review of the Cole Clark FL1AC. Please be forgiving! The best way to hear the sound of a Cole Clark is through the preamps, so this what's happening here. FL1AC is fed directly to a Yamaha MSR100 PA speaker (No DI even) and the speaker is picked up by a Zoom Q3HD. So this is the scenario that you would usually get on stage or at a gig, and it shows how the FL1's preamps are working away here. Zero EQs here. Do try to listen with earphones, laptop speakers would make even a million dollar guitar sound like a kapok.

I have heard the Angel in several life performances, they sound just absolutely clean, articulate and just fantastic to my ears.

Yeah, the Angel's great too, for folks who like the smaller grand audi sizes. Because of that, they are less bassy than the regular Fat Ladys, which some may like.

The FL1 3/4 mix is very nice, im more of a drummer and even though I have heard very nice (and expensive) acoustic guitars like Taylor/ Gibson, I just think they are 'very nice sounding' but Cole Clarks guitars are just 'different'. Dunno how to describe but I like how 'real' they sound. I know I will get a FL1 if I ever pick up guitar.
