Cleaning kit for guitars

i've recently bought a GHS Fast Fret from Ranking. But it seems oil is dried up. i need to squeeze the applier to let it the oil sip out. Very pissed off.

Any recommendations of what string cleaners? I also want to ask if the Dunlop Ultraglide 65 is good? The small blue bottle. yeah.

One more thing, what guitar body(neck and so on) cleaner is good? The guitar is lacquered. yeah so any recommendations?

Fast fret oil dried up? You do not need to squeeze. Just glide the oil stick on your strings and wipe off.
