Warmest greetings, friends..

I started taking classical lessons a while ago, and bought a cheapo guitar for it. I'd like to get my self a new one now...a classical guitar in the 600-800 price range with nice bright tone and a smooth, smooth neck....id like to stay away from yamaha, im just not a fan of them. Any suggestions?

There are a couple of semi-decent brands with student models in the price range that you are looking at.

Rodriguez (Swee Lee) e.g C series is around $800.
Alhambra (Music Clef Suntec) Mddel 4P RRp around $850.
