City Music Year-End SALE: Product talk [28th Nov to 31 Dec 2008]
was @ CM today, the good folks informed me this 28th Nov (Fri) would be the (official) beginning of the Year-End sale. so i have some stuff for you eager gear dweebs to consider despite the economic down-turn & the conscience of restraint kicking in. anyway...
LINE6: Pocket POD Express
the tinkerers of LINE6 had further simplified the Pocket POD for us impatient guitar monger who prefer analog controls from our favourite red beanie. if you are considering a simple multi-FX unit for pactice (outdoors especially) or an initial starter model, the PP Express is a rewarding buy, especially for those with a good set of computer speakers.
VOX: V847
it's a simply good wah to start with/ you had enough of modded wah tones, you need good fundamentals- check out the V847.
VOX: DA5
so you want a good starter amp:
*that doesn't cost a bomb
*portable
*sounds good (very important, this one)
*simple to operate
the DA5 should be your first consideration
