CIOKS Power supply help

I recently just bought a cioks schizophrenic from a fellow softie, and i used the first three outlets.
The 2nd and 3rd outlet was normal but when i tried using my TC Dark Matter on the first outlet, it gave a loud ''thump'' sound on my amp, and the LED of that outlet went off. It works fine though, i tried the outlet with diffrent pedals, but same problem. Can anyone help me on this? Is the power supply faulty? and should i just ignore the problem?

check with TYMC. the should be more familiar with this.

It is all about the dip switch. First 5 outlets operate at 9v or 12v and the last one at 18v OR 4-14V.

The Dark Matter takes strictly 9V as the internal converter bumps it up to 24V. So make sure you use the switch at the correct setting
