Hey people, I am thinking of buying a cheap and okay quality acoustic guitar.... Anyone can recommend me something below 200? I saw the Takamines at Davis and wonder if they are okay.

Taka's good man. I think Harvest's not quite bad. Same floor as ranking sports if im not wrong, got this shop selling alot of harvest guitars.

I think one of them cost abt 160. I like the neck, very comfortable. Sound wise, alright not so bad also.

If you got abit more money, try out those jasmine guitars in davis man.

Yamaha is another good option...I got mine at ard $170++...forgot the model though...

FINA acoustic are also value for money n not bad dude...u can even get those semi-acoustic model for 200plus...juz abv 200 or there's even below 200 one...got to see..i cant remember...davis has it.

seriously, there is nothing cheap and good on this planet, i suppose better phrasing would be, "value for money at/below $200", haha juz being picky, i'd still stand by morris guitars if you can find them, and i'm anti-yamaha for their entry level acoustics/classical, i kinda dislike the feel and tone of them(personally, dunno abt e rest of yall), and for the price you pay, you can definitely get better, somewhere else(i dunno where)

Thanks a lot for the suggestions guys. Think i will settle on a fina. Does anyone know if they will gimme a bag along with the guitar?Otherwise how do i bring it home? And do they have new stocks or do I have to get the display ones?

err yeah, there should be a card board box that'll come with it. Haha. Take the case along when you go buy the guitar then!
