Changing LED for Boss pedal

Hi, any of you guys familiar with this minor pedal repair job? I got a PH-1r whose LED is not working, where can i get it replaced and how much will it cost approx?

Also, this pedal is MIJ so the label says must use ACA adaptor. I believe this is an old type of Boss adaptor, so is it safe to use my PSA adaptor?

Hmm i dunno abt the PSA but i used before this adaptor, brand name called NewStar, bought it from some hardware stores.

I used on erm, 2 pedals only. Adjusted to the suitable voltage and everything lah. But the thing blew. Pedals didnt spoil but adaptor did. Wasted my 30 odd bucks.

I recommend the visual sound 1 SPOT adaptor. Im using it now. Heard can power up to 9 pedals also no prob. Can try. =D
