CD Duplication and Inserts

Hi guys, any suggestions where I can get these done?

THe inserts is something like a lyrics booklet.

Anyone? I just need a place to get 200 CDs duplicated. and then somewhere where i can get those cover inserts printed.

theres some others if not wrong, search for cd pressing
