Carvin Custom Shop

Hi guys, I was deciding on whether to get a Carvin Allan Holdsworth Fatboy or not but i am unsure of the procedures to get it. Do i have to get it through a dealer or can i get it straight from Carvin. What do you guys think of Carvin guitars anyway..

you'll need to order through carvin's local dealer rankin/music theme since carvin doesn't deal direct with overseas customers.

be warned that ordering a carvin is crazily expensive. put it this way, a usd $900 carvin selling direct to the usa market cost around sgd $2400 for the local dealer to bring it in. go figure.

I did try a carvin custom shop neck thru strat copy before. it was pretty normal to me to be honest. nothing to wow about, just a reliable players guitar. thing about carvin is, although it is very good for its price, the resale value is pretty crappy as compared to famous brands such as gibson or fender.

the thing I did not like about that strat copy that I played was the finished neck. I never liked finished necks, so thats probably the main reason why I did not really play it for long. however, I'm sure not all carvin custom shop guitars have finished necks. oh well, personal preference anyway.

maybe you can check with ranking sports about carvin guitars.
