tele bridge pickup 3 screws. strat 2 screws. take a bit of effort to drill 2 holes on the tele bridge if you don't have the tools. plus you'll have a gaps around the strat single coil cos the overall dimensions of a strat pickup is smaller than a tele bridge pickup. And you'll have 3 ugly holes left behind on the bridge. doubt need to do any body routing.

tele neck pickup is smaller than a regular strat single. you'll need to route both body and pickguard.

the most important question now is... Why do you want to go thro this exercise?

i dont think that's possible , thats why they have seperate pickups for tele's i guess
