Cables and heads

I can join fgl bro?
:D

Are you a gigging musician? Tone and sound quality means squat if it doesnt function at all when you need it to.Thats when I'd wish I had the cheapo china coloured rubber ones .

A very expensive cable with expensive heads doesn't mean that it is 100% trustworthy and won't conk out if the soldering isn't done properly or due to other external factors in your pedalboard.

If you have the moolah, I suggest involving a trusted tech to solder for you the cables of your choice with the heads of your choice.Decide which cable's attributes would suit you best and work from there.Read thru the link , its a rough guide.

If you just need cheap and reliable cables(and disposable)get the cheapo $6 per packet ones.I think the differences in tone between those and other lower mid-priced patch cables are quite negligible except for the price.Or you could just get misse's canare with neutrk heads(they are quite fairly priced methinks for entry level cables)

hmm. i dont really like those 6 buck a pack ones. always breaks on me when i bring then for a jam or even practice at home.
this year o levels, not so much jamming but i dont wanna get new patch cables once i get back to jamming once my exams are over..

any recommendations for the heads? not cables anymore..
will consider the misse canares with neutriks.
