Buzz when plugging into house

Hi all

I have an issue with my PJ bass where it will buzz when it comes out of the house. This is particularly obvious when I do not touch the strings or bridge. My bass goes through the DI while my sound comes from the house mix to my in-ear aux.

As I have no experience whatsoever with electronics, can someone advise what could be the issue and how to check?
I have pinpointed to a few potential ones:
- jazz pickup single coil hum
- bad pots
- bad grounding

Probably grounding, and probably the grounding of the amp/do etc. If it was the bass the buzzing should stop when you touch the strings. So just try it on some headphone amp which works on batteries and see if you still have the buzz.
