Buying stuff off ebay...

I`ll like to know more abt this vpost thingy...as well..so for those experience buyers in ebay, help us out 
i think there are 2 reason why some ebay-ers don't want to sell to oversea buyers:
1.shipping problem: shipping is tedious to irregular sellers as many are not 100% sure about all the possiblities and options. do note that long shipment distance = more problems along the way.
2. credit card fraud, it's not the problem for pay-pal accepting seller, but to others.. let's say not all the ppl trust the credit system.
so if the problem is the 1st one, courier services like v-post can help, you get the seller to ship to the US add of V-post office, then v-post will ship it to you from there. the shipping cost of vpost is quite decent.
if the problem is the 2nd one.. more trouble. you need a concierge seveice to help you pay for the items using US credit accounts. there is a service by vpost called v-concierge, they help you do everything from ordering to shipping... of cause, you got to pay more
