Buying a ProCo Rat 2 from Hung Brothers

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a ProCo Rat 2 from Hung Brothers at Sim Lim Square. The last time I went there it was about $120, which was cheap. But the guy said you can't try the pedal.
I need advice-should i buy it from there? I've tried a ProCo Rat 2 before and I liked it. Anyone with any experience with the shop (good or bad) please share.

That guy is dangerous - he is too friendly. Dont be pressured by his friendliness to buy.

Nevertheless i bought 2k worth of PA equipment from him. Quite trustworthy i must say..
