but there wont be a seller who will send the item before you pay full payment so ... i guess you have to take the risk ....

my advice is to get from ebay, even if he want to give you discount or what other gimmick

ur seller is reputable -> "This item is covered up to C$2000 See eligibility"

my story
i wanted to get something from ebay, got this reputable seller selling the item i wanted, but he ended the auction earlier, through email he told me he can sell to me and ship it to me direct, just paypal to him direct.

but i'm quite worried so ask him to do it through ebay, also good for both of us, can get some reputation points. in the end, there's no reply from him ... i bet that if i pay him directly, i wont even smell the guitar at my door.

soon after a few weeks later (i'm still monitoring the same model of guitar), he posted it on ebay again (think he failed to look for a easy catch) and someone else got it with buyitnow.

someone mentioned before, make sure u win the bid. if you lose the bid, but later on the seller offers to sell it to you, do not take it. it's a scam and u wont be protected under ebay and paypal laws

then don't buy it man. just wait for a new one if you're not 100% happy with the black one. there are many basses out there, don't just 'settle'.

im pissed!
the sell took down the ad!! and i emailed him, he told me it's been sold to another guy!
im suppose to transact this morning, but when i wanted to deal, i realize the ad is down! haiz...

maybe i missed it. of he took it down... haiz...
