Thanks guys... Busking is really a cool experience. If you've tried it, you'll get addicted to it. Begining is always tough. Once you start to play for few minutes, you'll want to play more!

what if 4 different buskers, one playing percussion, one playing bass, and one playing guitar and one singing are 20 metres away from each other and all of them have licence and start to play the same song giving passerbys a dolby 4.1 surround effect is that legal?

That's a good idea. But 20 metres away not realistic. The first and last busker have a difference of 60 metres away. There's no way you can blast that volume unless you have very good sound system. To have that sound system, it'll cost you alot for transportation. Takes time to set up a drum set too. If it rains, all gone. Nobody will spend that money and time to do that i think. I think playing separately is a good idea but not too far apart. About five or ten metres would be enough.
