It doesnt really matter but brands that are well known have good quality most of the time (FEnder, Gibson, PRS, Ibanex) and some well knowns are bad quality(Samick) and some unknowns are quite good too (Tokai, Craftsman) i have a craftsman and i prefer it to the LTD and Tgm and Aria i tried out, it has a nice clean sound and the wood on the neck is the best neck ive touched. so there u go
