Why would anyone want to buy a cheap universal adaptor, thats likely to cause lots of noise and poor reliability?

Even the Boss adaptor is noisy.

guess what.. i bought his 1spot xD whee.. two-day old 1spot for $25.. really worth it!

maybe he wanted the boss psa 'cos its lighter and more compact?
