Any of you know good boosters to recommend my friend? He is currently looking at a keeley katana pre amp

Is it a good alternative to the RC booster? Wouldn't mind getting one too if it is. Seems difficult to find info on the Tonefactor eleven online..maybe cos it's new. What made u decide to get it?

Aye, tonefactor coz, its a Tonefactor pedal. 8)

I don't like the RC booster, I find it sort of... rounds off your top end, makes it smoother. And the mids sound sort of ... congested...

I want the Eleven because its a MOSFET boost, similiar to my KGB, but with a tone control, which is what i really really want. KGB is similiar to a Zvex SHO.

Yeap, we can.. SHould be ordering... 18th of October.


Considering the Mule, the Red Llama clone... that is pretty cool...

Bro cow of the shred, please review the Tonefactor 11 pedal when you get it and then sell it to me at 50% 8O if you don't like it.

Why buy the Tonefactor Eleven when u can get the MI Audio Boost n Buff at 11USD less (which im sure will be more once the tonefactor eleven is past its "introductory" price).. lol.. plus the MI Audio one can be used as a buffer =P

i've got the RC, SCP and BYOC Triboost and i use all 3 (SCP as a buffer, RC just after the ODs and the Triboost at the end of the signal chain)

Coz the boost N buff doesn't have a tone control... something I think makes a lot of sense.

At least with the TF eleven, I can cut treble, makes it uber smooth sounding, or cut bass and it turns into a treble booster.

Hmmm... BnB not true bypass, wouldn't work with my Blackstone.
