best portable mp3/multimedia player..wat is your favourite?

well the dying batteries are i guess.. designed to fail after 2-3 yrs... and in 2-3yrs it would cost even more to replace a battery...then to go buy a NEW mp3 player on the market.

but at least apple makes an effort to make their products super chio. hopefully the latest ishuffle release will cause the ipod prices to fall drastically

no ah. actually i'm pretty happy with my creative muvo mp3player. as long as it plays music, i is happy.

so far i've gathered a lot of info on current popular models..their SNR mostly below 98SNR..i can hear the difference in audio quality between my MD and players like iriver 390T, muvo tx, ipod 4th generation, iriver h320..my MD is much more better in terms of audio quality..its crystal clear..

micro zen is not that bad..but the best is muvo2 (the square player).. i like the quality of the sound..i dont need more than 10GB size or long battery life..juz a player that can last me a day is good enuf..and most importantly the sound quality..muvo2 audio quality is the best in the market i tink...wat do u tink?

just my view on my testing of mp3 players at simlim.

tested a Creative one. Sound is 1 upon 10. horrible. (dunno model. apologies)

tested the ipod. Sound is 1 upon 10. equally horrible.


the reason why i give such lousy rating is bcos the salesperson lemme hear this mp3 player from a brand called DYNES. made in Korea stuff. The model is some TUNY6 or something.


Bloody awesome. bloody bloody bloody awesome. unbelievable sound quality. its a 8 upon 10.


by the way all 3 tested players used the same cheapo $15 earphones.


the DYNES only cost $200+ for 256mb. though small storage space. if you looking for sound quality, this is one recommendation.


go simlim test it out yourself.
