Best alternative for Moog Taurus bass pedal synthesizers.

Hi, I looked up the price of the Taurus bass pedals. Nope. I could get a decent amp and an extra bass guitar with that price.

Any good alternatives that are cheaper? I know quality and sound wise it might be less but I'm not a pro by any means. So it would be great if any of you could help me out here.
