I think he made a mistake, it should be 25% off the ordinary discounted price (40% off list), which makes it a whopping 55% off list price total.. Not sure..

not really sub. i went down on friday. they did punch in the 7% into the calculator when i asked for a price quotation.

technically 25-7= 18% effective.
