Board Redesigned

I don't know if it warrants another post but here's my church board.

The board I use for church services, basically

Bass -> Source Audio Multiwave Bass Distortion -> Ibanez Tube King -> Line6 M9 (with Exp. Pedal) -> House P.A. and Amp

the m9 u are using purely as a modulation?

modulation & delay/verb. I'm also using it as a volume pedal, occasional compression if needed. I have a synth tone that tries to sound like a g6 haha but I don't use that.

ah ic, i tot u did a stereo set-up for 1 tube king and 1 for MWBD, wish the m9 got an effect loop like the m13 that would make my life so much easier.

replaces the LS-2 with the Schism.

yup for now, until my other mini board is up . now i can switch between blend (dry/wet) > wet instead of A+B > Bypass in LS-2 and add another blender, much fun to go crazy on a wah and detuner/pitch glide and than go back to (dry/wet) for most songs parts.

shism took out the LS-2 and a custom blender clone out of my board giving me more space

awesome investment ever but do get a eneloop rechargeable batteries that thing suck lotsa batteries!

i see, I have a shure wireless but doesnt sound right with my bass man. I heard that if you use rechargeable batteries the battery life is lower? how long can you go on a full charge?
Thinking of getting the line6 one, the G50.

Redid my pedalboard again, this time using a piece of wood instead, the previous case was almost coming apart because of the weight of the pedals haha

not really rechargeble batteries are easy on the wallet, especially for home use lasted a good 2-3hrs, for gigs i just pop in fresh AA batteries. if u wanna use g50 make sure that u prepare to use mini xlr cables, i prefer g30 as it uses normal 1/4 cables and smaller footprint

added an EQ pedal and tried to tidy it up as much as I can. All the patch cables are from TYMC, great guys.

it's been awhile since my last post. I've sold off the M9 and the EQ. Getting an M5 soon, this is my temporary board.

Meant for church,
the KP3 handles all the interesting effects, the Green Rhino handles all the dirt. The tone knob on it is pretty good, allows me to change the sound of the bass; it can go from mellow to bright. The DI is a Fishman Platinum Pro Bass, it's good, warm, and the EQ is useful.

Dude I just got my g30- it's awesome man! Can't hear any loss in tone

switched over to a computer-based setup,

bass into interface into computer back out through the interface to the FOH system/headphones/poweramp+cab.

anyone else using this sort of setup?

I use a softstep USB-MIDI controller, takes abit of programming but does the job well. But I can also do without it because I don't find myself changing effects halfway through songs very often.
