Is the white finger good? Looking ard for better compressors apart from the Boss Expander /limiter

never tried the boss expanderlimiter before, but the whitefinger is amazing. really evens out your tone and you can get anything from transparent compression to full-on colours in your notes. downside is that it's huge la... but that's about it. never regretted buying it.

Just a question. is the Harkte Bass Attack good as in very good. Used it during an audition bt the sound man didnt let me change the settings....haiz...anyways i thought the sound was good with the gadget...so need help here. can u guys help me rank the Harkte Bass Attack out of 10. thank you.

there`sso many efx in there...even i couldn`t have time to complete n test most of it...it has great compression...u could even use the 5th-string efx..if u`re using a 4-string bass....

Has anybody tried the Aphex Bass Xciter? I heard a sample from their site and it sounded good with all the settings at 5. But I don't know how it sounds live. I saw a set at yamaha in tampines going for 200++ but didn't have time to try it out. Anyone?
