Bass Effect

If you are looking for individual effects it would be better for you to get single effects. If you are looking for a range of effects then maybe a multi-EFX would be good. Some multi-processors have drum machines inside .. blah blah blah .. so you get a good range of processors .. but you have to keep an eye out.. cos sometimes you can't pair effects with another effects .. that's where single effects win over multi ones ..

yeah i agree with exin. i've always believed in single effects. they offer more tonal control and whatever control. you can tweak each effect to how much you want. lets say you put overdrive, then you can control how much overdrive you want. thats quite good. anyway, ive never believed in multis. you only use that many effects at one time right, some effects you wont even touch at all. lets say you want overdrive, chorus, delay. you buy these 3 pedals is cheaper than a ME50B. hahaha.

J-Retro don't think have Marcus Miller one .. designed by John East though. Anyway i wouldn't want to get it also .. crazy controls .. but Bong recommended me this preamp .. so .. i'll consider if i have a jazz bass .. i mean .. a real one .. okay .. my Warmoth is a jazz bass but my control cavity is at the back.

they say its better than the behringer BDDI 21, but i say the behringer is better. hahaha. maybe im just biased.

Get a DI box like this... i think its not bad... Bass effects very minimal unless soloing.. but most of the time a DI box is enough to give u the tones you desire...

there's a new sansamp bass DI with 3 diff programmable settings. that one looks cool.

one thing not good abt the sansamp that it will not allow diff settings on the go. on the hartke i usually dial in the tone i want, then use the shape control to boost my mids for a diff tone.
