I think he meant that there isn't enough pple here interested in rock music to form a sizeable crowd that will woo big bands to hold gig in Singapore.

small audience = small profit = not worth the trip = sad fans in Singapore



yeah I also like to see the Chili Peppers, Pearl jam, Radiohead here.

if sporeans express interest to buy tickets to those concerts, the bands will come. or in other words, if the organisers feel that sporeans would pay(buy tickets) to watch a certain band, they will bring the band in.
