hmm. i think the priority now is how to get the bands that have already paid the money appeased, and try to find a closure for this whole episode. im sure we all agree on her (lack of) credibility from now on.

1. I am urging the parties involved to come clean about the whole issue and do what it is necessary, for first and foremost, the very branding of our good forum SOFT will be at stake.

2. If a genuine mistake was made, at the very least,kindly returned the monies that was being taken.There is a lot of persons here that wittingly or unwittingly,knowing or unknowingly be implicated in this whole issue if this matter were to be brought known to the authorities.

3. At this very moment, there is a likelyhood that an offence of criminal breach of trust have been committed. Do bear in mind that if this as being made and documented in an NP 299 (Police Report), certain acts under the Singapore Statutes will follow suit, under the Criminal Procedure Code and Evidence Act which enable the authorities the full powers of investigation. It is advisable that this matter shall be settle through amicable means.

4. Kindly choose your options wisely.I still urge you and the parties involved to come clean with the whole issue.Going through the arm of the law is not the best option although it will be the choice made by parties which suffered wrongful loss.
