Awesome movies - Twilight/2 Fast 2 Furious/High School Musical fans stay out

I did watch it. I think the problem comes from watching the remake before the original, you kinda expect the same type of movie. What can I say, we've all been changed to have short attention spans. The original is not too bad la I thought, just that it's a bit pointless in some ways.

yeah ok, the original have less survivor and it get bored over time while the remake have more people :D which means more stuff to happen like the zombie baby scene now that's disturbing LoL!

Falling Down: Yeah!

It started like any ordinary day. With a traffic jam. Superb stoic performance by Michael Douglas.

Wag The Dog and Mad City came to mind.

Phone Booth (Colin Farrell) was a sobering film (like a precursor of the SAW franchise), taking place in mostly one scene. Reminiscent of the first SAW.

=&=

The remake is more pointless than the original in many ways.

good movies

Hmmm

Wayne's world
Ocean's Thirteen
Perfect Storm
Monkeybone
Zodiac
Hotel Rwanda (This is Superb)
Hidalgo
Legends of the Fall

and many others...

In my opinion many old shows or remakes or shows that relate to the past is very good, lots of history and adventure and we can benefit from some of their teachings and their moral of the stories

How can we forget Kill Bill vol.1 and 2 :D love those movie. Wonder if Quentin Tarantino gonna make Vol.3....

Dawn of the Dead remake (Can't go wrong with running zombies)
Shawshank Redemption
The Godfather (Parts 1,2,3)
Back To The Future (Sci-fi that's good for what it's worth)
Let The Right One In (Severely underrated Swedish vampire film)
American Beauty
Fight Club
American History X
Wall-E / Finding Nemo (Two of the best animated films from the best animation company!)
Driving Miss Daisy
The Devil Wears Prada
Monty Python's The Holy Grail
Pulp Fiction
Edward Scissorhands
Nightmare Before Christmas
Requiem For A Dream

I don't think Let the Right One in is underrated, just not as mainstream as Twilight.

Anyway I watched Fight Club again, something just draws me to watch the movie from time to time, usually when my life is going to sh*t.

And 'The Devil Wears Prada'?? What's that doing there.

Funny People is pretty damn hilarious, imo. Never laughed out like this for quite a while. Apparently not everyone enjoys the type of humor though.

Read the bulk of it, here's some more (at the top of my head)

Tarnatino:
Basically I love all his movies, from inglorious basterds to reservoir dogs to pulp fiction. Kill Bill, Jackie Brown, pulp fiction, damn what a director.

I've also got a weak spot for nice zombie flicks,

- 28 days/weeks later
- Zombieland (enjoyed this alot)
- Resident Evil
