Hi guys, what are your favourite locations for shopping Audio/Musical Equipments which you think will be most convinient and easy to reach? Sim Lim? Bras Basah? Plaza Singapura? Lucky Plaza? Or any other places which you think will be the best? Please give me a suggestion. Thank you!

Just wondering, whats the rental there like? for a shop of 1000sqf for 30k? I've checked bras basah rental for 800-900sqf is around 7-10k purchasing for good location shop is around $1500-1800/sqf, sim lim square for 1st floor 400-500sqf already 8k-13k and purchasing a unit is 2-4mil there and lucky plaza is slightly higher. Where else? I'm wondering as the good location shops are so expensive

There will be a new audio/musical shop opening soon in Sim Lim Square 1st floor I've heard, right at the taxi stand

Are you thinking of venturing into the music retail business? Too many shops selling the same thing in a place will face stiff competition, particularly for a new shop. If you're thinking of starting one, can we ask what shop it is? Curious.

I am already one of the retailers in Singapore for years. To be honest I'm just asking for some advises. Recently I've got some free time and marketed some places which is suitable for opening some music/audio shops.
