[ask] is it ok to put baritone strings on a normal guitar with eadgbe tuning?

just bought a pack od daddario baritone light.. is it ok to put it on my normal guitar? and can i use normal tuning without damaging my guitar?

What do you mean by normal guitar?
If your saying of using acoustic strings on a classical guitar, then no. U WILL damage the guitar that way.

no it's baritone guitar strings. i never said i bought acoustic strings. some electric guitar has longer neck like 28.5 scale to compensate lower tuning with more tension like the baritone guitars.

i accidentally bought a pack of baritone string bcoz i saw wrongly.i dun want to throw away the string but i'm afraid that i will damage the neck coz the strings are too thick.
