Hi....was thinking of finding out which wah pedal does those artist out there uses. All they quote was just Crybaby (or other) and not specific model and stuff. So maybe you guys out there know something about it and wanna share with us? i'm sure a lot of us wil be interested

jh is the jimi hendrix wah, crybaby from hell is dimebag darrel's signature, there's a new zakk wylde wah..that's all i know..

Most of the time, the pedals u see artist use are just casing from the stock ones.
Its often modded and stuff. U got money and wanna go for good wahs try Real McCoy Customs(RMC) wahs. go www.mrmisse.com and check it out.
Another good wahs are those from fulltone. Cylde deluxe wah.

If u budget just get a second hand crybaby. alot on the classified.

Morley Bad Horsie 2 Wah. Steve Vai signature.

Its a very nice modern sounding wah, works very well with heavy distortion. Not so well defined on higher notes but thats fine with me. Has a seperate mode thats tweakable...so you can have something else other than Vai's settings.

yeah i use the bad horsie 2 too :)

i agree with him , its modern and with the addiditional contour mode you can adjust the sweep and output level to taste. it being switchless is the main selling point for me though.

i find its more suited for higher gain stuff though , not too good for the vintage wacka wacka stuff.

i got mine from davis 3 yrs back. costs me $280 back then, if i remember correctly. i believe the price has dropped
