Arranging and Orchestration

Hi there guys!
Is there anyone around teaching arranging and orchestra? I am interested in learning composition techniques, and basically how the orchestra works and stuff. I've done some research on my own but still am unable to make the knots. It would be great to include rates and venue too! Thanks in advance
