Marxist, i think that you should have at least understood the implications before asking Leecs to help you. At least know how the mechanics in such a situation work. Without such an understanding its almost like taking a dive without knowing what you have to lose, and its consequences.

I often deal with lawyers in my line of work. And I cannot tahan the way they bombard you with legal jargons and mumbo-jumbos.....and then try to look smug and assured. Sometimes you feel they're not talking with their brain, but their EGO.

there are some forumers who think that marxist is a small and inexperienced boy, who deserves some pity.
there are also some forumers who think that marxist is an unrepentant spoilt brat, who deserves to be flamed.
there are also some who might think that he is a scam artist, who imposes as marxist and the ebay seller, to deceive others of their money. but this senario seems quite far-fetched. but who knows?
because different forumers have different impressions of marxist, different forumers will give different opinions on this issue. depending on our impression of marxist, we will give different judgement and thus different reaction (e.g pity, anger, boycott etc.) towards him. in any case, any opinions will tend to be biased to a certain degree, unless we talk about a totally different topic.
anyway, leecs, if you dun mind, can you tell us the name of the ebay seller so that we can be more aware of him/her when we are purchasing at ebay?

i think its worthless to even talk about legal implications, it is going to cost at least 800 bucks to take this issue to court. the price of the guitars arent even worth that to begin with in question.
If you all wanna discuss morals, that is highly debatable and will be argued to no end.....so long as the parties know the right thing to do, just leave it as that. We should steer clear and avoid interfering as they have alr reached a resolution and the time to say what should be done is, already in this case, has already been done. Let this be a lesson for everyone here.
