i'm open to explaination if the need arises, but this is definitely not the way. in any case, it reflects your ettiquette in this domain- asking someone whether he's qualified to make certain comments is low.

i'm asking people here, in this faceless world of the internet, to reconsider the gravity of the postings in this thread (or any other thread for that matter) as some are nonchalant remarks, not intending to cause ill-feelings. it isn't my intention to label people in one way or the other, it's narrow.
if the are others out there who understood my initial post- well, you don't need a degree to understand that, yes?
of course, i'm not referring to you as the joker in the quote; i'm actually telling PRScrazy to cool down. people would react to certain posts differently, that's all there is to it.
**PS: over the course of my studies, i did read the Penal Code, in fact, I did an assignment based on Sections 299 & 300.
