it's always hard to think well of NS before u go in,
cos ur so kan chiong and all the horror stories u hear..
and especially when u are IN it, doing guard duty, or kena 7 extra..
but once ur over it, give it a couple years, when ur married and got kids
and u go back for reservist, and u see ur old buddies, and u talk about how your active time.. and how the NSFs nowadayz are like girls cos they live in chalets in tekong and how it was like ".. during our time ah... "
u will realize it was a good experience
it is the part of our life, that we give
as sons of singapore.
Its something worth remembering,all the things you went through with your buddies, but also something you don't want to go through again.
