Anybody tried the boss ps-5 ?

I believe the thread starter wanted something that doesn't cost more than 1k...
I have a PS5, and really like it, to a certain extent. Only for single note harmonies. And it sucks alot of your tone, but a true bypass looper will the the trick.
It can't handle more than one note at a time though, so if you're looking to harmonize your double stops, look else where.
Else where as in Eventide territory, there aren't any cheap harmonizors that can do that.

Here's a short clip...
I find that the PS5 sounded the best when it harmonizes the lower notes.
I used the lower harmony on all the licks except the second one (triplets), you can hear that the higher notes are kinda fake; but it should be harder to notice in the mix. Excuse the crappy playing...
I apologize if it's too short or isn't what you want in a PS5 demo, I can record another one if you like. How about other features of the pedal?

Hey, just got this little PS-5 pedal... and it's very entertaining! I'd say that the tone suck isn't as bad as I had feared it to be. Anyone can share if they have experience using an expression pedal with this little guy?
I'm using it primarily as a tool for me to do Thin Lizzy twin-lead guitar stuff. Slight vibrato seems to be ok, but requires the player to do their full string bends very accurately.
