any1 try changing strat pickups to different positions?

You read about people putting neck humbuckers in bridge and other way around a lot but..........

anyone try neck single coil in bridge? middle in neck? bridge in middle or all other combination and permutation (like dat word? Never though I would use it again after school! ) for the 3 pickups?
