does it give you a better control of your tone?
clapton has been using it for a while but now has reverted to noiseless pups without any active part in his guitar. (well: his style is softer now than it was 10 years ago too...)
these modules sell around US $60 on ebay. i am considering getting one for a guitar I have at home (G&L Legacy)
how do you think it would behave with a Seymour Hot rail in bridge position?
