If its muse you're after. Forget it. Kaoss pad is not feasible for guitar. Why would you want a kaoss pad IN your guitar anyway anyway?

I think both are pretty useless. Matt RARELY uses it anyways.

battlestar13- IS THAT A MATTCASTER I SEE IN YOUR PIC??

go try with the kp with geetar first then decide whether wanna do the conversion.

the kp is not meant for geetar signal in the first place. Once you connect the geetar to it via rca to 1/4inch phone jack, the signal coming out from there will be too weak, soft and lifeless. All the hi frequency will be gone. The signal from the geetar is too weak to drive the kp to produce any decent output signal.

there are ways to overcome it, but its not as easy as just connect input to output.

Its because i wanna have a guitar thats way more different from others, dont want the same old design on each and every guitar. wanna try to make something uncommon.

You want something different so you completely emulate someone else's guitar?

Not to pick on you or anything, but realistically, installing all that in a guitar is gonna be a real lovelovelovelovelove and challenging task for any tech here. Plus you're bound to get bored of making squeals and shit after a few months.

'theblueark' installed a fuzz factory in a mustang before.. need to do lots of routing which may not be cheap. not sure if he's still active though.

Who knows maybe you'd would get a nice pseudo hollow body guitar tone from all that missing wood. I'm not being sarcastic at all if you are interpreting it that way. I'm actually quite interested in knowing the outcome after adding that many effects on your guitar. I wouldn't do it on mine because I'm not that adventurous :p
