Any schechter guitars to recommend?

Hi all..
I am looking for a guitar currently.. I am into rock and some metal, from classic rock to iron maiden-ish and some metallica too.. I was told schecter guitars are quite reputable. However their website has so many guitars and im confused as to which model to pick.. Anyone have suggestions for me?
It would be an advantage if the guitar is able to produce nice clean sounds, not too harsh..in case i decide to hop genre

actually all the Schecter guitars in G77 fits ur description

maybe u would like to go down there to try? They got Omen, Extreme etc.

Hmm.. the floyd rose on schecters, r they good? Im not looking at high end here. only sub 1000.

the high range schecters from the diamond series are pretty much around 1000

As a rule, i'd stay away frm most stock FRs unless their EDGEs or Gotohs. These 2 i've had gd experiences with. No offence to the guys at schecter, they make excellent axes. I'd say go try them out, better 4 u 2 trust ur ears. Maybe ask sum1 here 2 go with u.

if you don't whammy, don't invest in a floating bridge guitar. the tune-o-matic through body type C1 models are good investments.
