Any place in singapore to have a private concert for about 30+ people?

Hi guys, I'm planning to do a surprise concert for my friend and I was wondering if there was any place/jamming studio where there is a small stage and about enough space for a small group of friends(30 plus minus).

It would need mics, amps, drumset and speakers for playing backing tracks(As I really can't find a drummer I can rely on)
Any well priced places where I can do the above? Even if it is missing one of the criteria, the most impt is that it can be for 30 people (e.g if can't be private, need to get my own equipment, no drumset etc etc)

Yes, they have been moving around, hopefully at this new place they can settle down haha. It's a cozy place filled with warmth Do drop by, they operate 8.30pm-10.30pm from Thur-Sun
