Any idea how much and where to buy a violin bow?

I think he uses a cello bow. Btw, I think bows can only play chords if im not wrong, unless u mute every other string of cus. The guitar bridge is flat after all. There is a pick/bow hybrid out there tho, you might wanna check it out. Sweelee sells violins, and so does every music school-shop in SG, like Cristofori. Bows are around ten i guess. But you'll need rosin too!

cello bows are really expensive.. around $90. but they are sturdier and give a more wholesome sound compared to violin bows which are cheap $10-$20.

Nick one from school :)

My school invests most money into more classrooms and the very latest pc's which aren't needed.

our music department it absolute shit. We have ehaps of classical guitars but most have shitty strings and are knocked around, theres 3 music rooms to share with kids from preschool - year 12. chances of getting to go into one to jam or anything are very slim. its so shit. pisses me off.
so yeah, my school doesnt have any violins haha.

Frankly I don't think its worth it la. Learning to bow correctly isnt easy, and using one on a guitar is just plain difficult. My 2 cents.

Ya..I have a Piranha guitar bow but till now i still cant use it efficiently...very difficult and u need lots of gain and reverb in order to have the sound coming out from the amp.
