there are plenty of ibanez users on soft. that guitar there's the best non-artist ibanez you can get. but you'd have to order from a japanese site or ebay or ibanezrules.com. looks great though. it comes in a trans red too, prefer that finish.

do a google of Ibanez J-Customs. You'll find some truely jaw-dropping J-Customs... there's the RG GOLD, an RG coated with gold flakes. RG Gear, RG Metal, RG Arch, some spectacular S Series... and more. Go crazy. Check out the Ibanez Register too.

Looks like the new J-Customs come with the ZR-Edge... now that's more like it. Didn't like the Edge Pro at all.

Sub you're not alone, I don't feel quite attracted to J-Customs either, their abit too... Normal-ish to justify their pricetag, sure the play like a dream, but their missing a little something, like, machine made compared to handmade that kinda thing,

to me, i can get what i want from a non-J Custom Ibanez so i'm basically happy treading this path. i do own a few Prestige models but these get modded along the way, the implication being- even a Prestige unit won't stop the user from replacing certain aspects of the guitar which are not to his liking.
